We accept returns provided they are in their original, unopened, unused and undamaged condition. We cannot provide return labels for international returns at this time.

The process to return products:

If you would like to return or exchange an item purchased online, please contact Customer Care to initiate your return/exchange at +44 (0) 208 309 5905 or Ensure you complete the return formand return the item within 7 days of delivery at your own cost. We can also recommend products for exchanges. It is important that you contact Customer Care before you send in a return or exchange. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit that have not been communicated to Customer Care.

Please safely pack the products and include the return form, as well as the full address (Amassuna Ltd, 62 Beddington Road, Orpington, Kent, BR5 2TF) on the packaging.

How to return kits or sets

Kits and sets are only eligible for returns or exchanges if all of the pieces of the kit or set are included in the return. Returns received that have not been discussed with Customer Care that are not in compliance with our Return Policies will be held for 7 days until we receive the return form. If outside the 7-day return timeframe, products will be returned to the sender at their expense or donated.

Orders with broken items, missing items, or missing package

Please contact Customer Care as soon as possible after receiving your delivery or when you notice a package is missing after receiving our delivery confirmation email. For missing packages marked delivered to the address on the order, we require a minimum of 2 business days to file a claim with the carrier before sending a replacement. We are unable to assist with items that arrived broken, missing items, and missing packages outside of the 7-day return/exchange policy timeframe and without a photo of the broken items and/or package.

Cancellation Policy

By law, customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. This applies to all of our products except for where the item has been unsealed i.e. the cello wrap has been removed from the carton.

To cancel your purchase within the seven-working-day cooling-off period, please contact us at, advising us that you will be returning the whole order in it’s entirety, giving the reason why you are returning the order. Please then send us the package to Amassuna Ltd, 62 Beddington Road, Orpington, Kent, BR5 2TF within the 7 days following the date that the item was delivered to you.

Please note that we cannot accept returns if you deliver them to us by hand.

For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service if the value of the return is more than £50.00.

Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective.

We will refund the order as soon as well receive all the items in re-sellable condition. We cannot refund any priority, express or courier component of the postage charge.


Free Delivery offers FREE Standard Shipping on all U.K. merchandise orders £100 and over (excluding taxes). Orders over £100 always ship for free—no promotion code needed. FREE Standard Shipping orders are processed within 1-3 business days, depending on product availability. We cannot guarantee a date of arrival with our free ship option and orders typically take 1-7 business days to arrive once they have been processed and shipped out.

Paid Delivery

U.K customers are charged £3.80 for delivery of all orders under £100.00. European (E.U) customers (excluding U.K.) are charged £4.99 for delivery of all orders. Every country outside of the E.U is charged £9.99 for delivery of all orders. In the event your country is not listed, please contact us for a quotation.

Please note: Amassuna requires a signature on receipt of goods for delivery to all destinations.
